This item was designed to cut down cost by 30% or more than the present packing materials. The product is protected with a minimum material and space which form a rigid structure. Material loss was reduced to Zero. It also reduced the storage space as the design of packing material is not bulky. Assembly process was greatly improved. Overall, it cut the cost of packing material by 35%.
