Using web fed offset lithography, the overwraps were reverse printed and adhesive laminated inline in order to achieve strong graphical appeal, durability and scuff resistance. Environmentally-friendly electron beam cured inks were used for the 5-color job, and computer to plate technology helped achieve first dot generation on the package…rendering crisp, detailed and consistent print results from pouch to pouch.
